Picks is installed in milling drum of milling machine and cut the road surface. The bits have two type ,asphalt bits and concrete bits . According to the different road hardness with different cutting tools ,so it saves cost.
Solid steel body geometry:
The pick head’s solid geometry improves chip evacuation and increases the pick’s service life considerably. The pick head height has been lowered to ensure optimal use of the significantly thicker wear plate with its special groove profile. The increased steel volume in the wear-critical range also guarantees a significantly longer service life for the cutting tool.
improved shape:
The reinforced wear plate protects the toolholder against wear by abrasive milled material. Moreover, the flat wear plate geom- etry delivers improved rotation behaviour in the picks.
