With the advanced technology from both China and abroad, the production line of the picks is a continuous chain step furnace, composed of a welding furnace, a quenching furnace and a tempering furnace. It is suitable for the welding of specific products such as coal picks and road picks. The production efficiency is very high since welding, quenching and tempering could be finished continuously. It can produce 15000 pcs of road picks or 7000 pcs of coal picks one day and guarantee the stable quality at the same time.
The temperatures for welding, quenching and tempering are controlled by computer, with an accuracy of ±2℃. The hardness of bodies are controlled with an accuracy of HRC ±1. Therefore, the product quality is stable and consistent.
The parts are transferred and welded on stepping chain and then are picked up by the manipulator to the chain of quenching furnace. The parts in the quenching furnace and tempering furnace are also transferred by stepping chains, the speed of which are controlled by computer, with an accuracy of ±0.2. Therefore, heating period of each process could be guaranteed accurately.

3. Temperature measured by infrared thermometer to guarantee the controlling accuracy.
4. Parts transferred by manipulator and quenched automatically. Transferring speed is controlled by computer.
The team leader and all operators for this production line are selected from key operators of the company and qualified through training. They can meet all requirements from safe operation, quality control and equipment maintenance.
